My 808

Me and my 808 [ヤオヤ]

I got my first job in high school to make enough money to buy mine which I did in the 80s. And I still own it all these years later!

The site owner in an 808 jacket and cap, holding his Roland TR-808 with both hands — Me and mine - 808 hat, shirt & jacket included

Top-down view of the TR-808 control panel on a wooden table, showing the level knobs and the 16 step buttons — A top down in its current [808] state

A wall plaque reading My legacy is: TR-808 — peace, unity, love and having fun — “My legacy is: TR-808”

I keep mine on display in the house even though I use Roland's software recreation along with other instruments from RolandCloud. It would be a shame not to show it.
